Meetings 2026

As part of the celebration of Danaos Maritime Software Group's 40th anniversary, the Danaos Users' Meeting 2026 took place from 27 to 29 May 2026 at the Auditorium, Danaos Building (1st Floor). The three-day event brought together clients and partners for presentations, live demonstrations, and discussions on the latest developments across the Danaos Maritime Ecosystem and the technologies shaping the future of shipping.

On day 1, we were delighted to welcome clients and representatives from shipping companies, both onsite and through the online broadcast of the event. The meeting opened with remarks from Mr. Nikolas and Dimitris Theodosiou on the evolution of Danaos Maritime Software over the years and how the company continues to address today’s industry challenges. First day’s sessions focused on technical operations, procurement integration, HSQE, Artificial Intelligence, and IT developments shaping the future of shipping.

Day 2 sessions covered Crew & MGA operations together with Ionic, Financial Applications alongside Ciner Shipping, and Payments & Financial Integration with the participation of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Aegean Baltic Bank S.A., and National Bank of Greece. The agenda also featured presentations on Danaos Software Development & Quality Assurance process, as well as Business Analytics with Qlik Sense, highlighting the growing role of technology, integration, and data analysis in modern shipping operations.

Day 3 featured sessions on Info@Gate, Cyber Security, Commercial Applications, Advanced DA Integration in cooperation with HarborLab, Environmental Applications, and Weather Navigator, highlighting the continued evolution of technology in Danaos Maritime Ecosystem.

The event ended with a closing reception at Paleo wine store, where our clients and partners had the opportunity to network in a relaxed setting. The reception encouraged the exchange of ideas and continued conversations on the key topics discussed throughout the event.

The Danaos Users' Meeting 2026 once again demonstrated the value of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the maritime industry.
